    We start with a thorough intake assessment, then use personalised testing to understand what's actually driving your symptoms before building your nutrition plan around the results.

    Over four sessions we work through your findings together, refine your protocol as you go, and make sure the changes you're making are sustainable long term. You'll finish with a full written protocol, personalised meal plan and a recipe pack designed around your preferences and goals.

    Using gene panel testing, we will build a nutrition protocol around your genetic variants, understanding exactly how your body processes nutrients and responds to different foods.

    The programme begins with a thorough intake consultation, after which a bespoke gene panel is selected based on your health history and goals. Once your results are back we spend a full session unpacking your findings together, before building a detailed genomic nutrition protocol.
